#7 Early Stages
"Welcome to the theatre!"
After a long while, we can finally say the game is looking close to an Alpha version. Colliders are here, map is ready (pretty much), and the inventory has arrived. Woops! I hope I didn't say too much 😁 Let's get into it:
1. "I can finally store my Crypto Cola Safely!"
You heard it right! The inventory has arrived. We can't pick up items yet, but we can move them around, stack'em up and use them if we need to.
I can't wait to see you more on how it will work... But for now you can check this image out. More's to come!
"2. Why can't I go through the walls?"
- You heard it! From now on, we cannot just go wherever we want because the colliders have been added to the map! (except for some special areas)
How would the map look like if there was light? 🤔
"3. Does the display system work for sprites?"
- Yes! Most part of the map has been replaced with prefabs and from now on graphics will be displayed depending on the hight on the Y axis.
It's surely been a lot of fun, and yet this is only the beginning. The game is starting to get in shape and we can't wait to release more info on it and how it will look. Who knows? Maybe even a BETA version for you to test...
Backdoor Shifts: Comeback
